US Telecom Commission to Review Regulations for Broadband Services and Numbering Resource Optimization

The US Telecom Commission will consider a notice to initiate a review of broadband services and a proposal to optimize numbering resources, following a petition from SBC Communications, Inc. and a ruling from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
