MTMC Proposes Revision to Acquisition Policy for Satellite Motor Surveillance Service

The Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) is proposing a change to the Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS) to require carriers to include charges for Satellite Motor Surveillance Service (SNS) in the basic linehaul transportation rate for motor freight shipments of arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E).
