Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Queen Isabella Bridge Construction

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway near Port Isabel, Texas, to protect vessels and the marine environment from hazards caused by Queen Isabella Bridge construction. Vessels must transit the area only during daylight hours and require authorization from the Captain of the Port Corpus Christi to enter the zone.
