Pesticide Product Registrations; Conditional Approval

This notice announces Agency approval of applications submitted by Makhteshim-Agan of North America, Inc., 551 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1100, New York, NY 10176, to conditionally register the pesticide products Rimon Technical and Rimon 10 EC containing Novaluron a new active ingredient not included in any previously registered products pursuant to the provisions of section 3(c)(7)(C) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended.
