Experimental Use Permit; Receipt of Application

This notice announces receipt of an application 71065-EUP-E from Growth Products Limited requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the fungicide Bacillus subtilis GB03. The Agency has determined that the application may be of regional and national significance. Therefore, in accordance with 40 CFR 172.11(a), the Agency is soliciting comments on this application.
