NMFS Announces 90-Day Finding for Atlantic White Marlin Petition

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list the Atlantic white marlin as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). NMFS will conduct a status review to determine if the species warrants listing and is seeking public input and suggestions for peer reviewers.
