Western Area Power Administration Proposes Revision to Energy Imbalance Service Rate Schedule
The Western Area Power Administration is proposing a revision to the rate schedule for Energy Imbalance Service in the Western Area Colorado Missouri control area, which would provide sufficient revenue to cover annual costs from April 1, 2002, to March 31, 2003.
