Bureau of Land Management Proposes Reinstatement of Terminated Oil and Gas Leases

The Bureau of Land Management is proposing to reinstate 16 oil and gas leases in Wayne and Jones Counties, Mississippi, after the lessees timely filed a petition for reinstatement. The leases, which were terminated, will be reinstated effective the date of termination, subject to increased rental rates and royalty rates.
