EPA Proposes National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Storm Water Discharges in Indian Country, Wisconsin

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed general permit for storm water discharges from construction activities in Indian country within the state of Wisconsin, with the goal of regulating discharges from industrial activities that disturb 5 or more acres of land.
