U.S. Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duty on Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from Brazil

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Brazilian producers and exporters of corrosion-resistant steel products, affecting goods imported from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
