U.S. Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duties on Mexican Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final determination that Mexico is providing countervailable subsidies to producers and exporters of corrosion-resistant steel products, affecting companies such as Nucor Corporation and ArcelorMittal S.A. The subsidies were provided during the period of investigation from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
