SEC Approves Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc. as Participant in Joint-SRO Plan
The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved amendments to the Joint Industry Plan, adding the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc. as a participant in the joint supervisory oversight plan under Rule 11Ac1-5.
