U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Planning Analysis/Environmental Assessment for Oil and Gas Leasing in Arkansas

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in cooperation with the Jackson Field Offices, Eastern States, will conduct a Planning Analysis/Environmental Assessment to consider leasing federal mineral estate for oil and gas exploration and development in the Blue Mountain Lake Project Area of Logan and Yell Counties, Arkansas.
