Equilon Pipeline Company, LLC Proposes 500-Mile Pipeline Across New Mexico and Texas

Equilon Pipeline Company, LLC plans to build a 500-mile pipeline from Odessa, Texas to Bloomfield, New Mexico, carrying refined petroleum products, with approximately 400 miles using an existing pipeline and 100 miles of new pipeline to be constructed in two segments.
