Notice of Realty Action: Segregation Terminated, Leases/Conveyances for Recreation and Public Purposes

The U.S. government will terminate a 1997 segregation of public land in Las Vegas, Nevada, allowing the Clark County School District to lease or convey the land for use as an elementary and middle school. The land was previously set aside for exchange purposes.
