US Coast Guard Temporarily Modifies Drawbridge Operation on Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard has temporarily altered the regulation governing the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge on the Upper Mississippi River, allowing it to remain closed to navigation from December 19, 2001, to March 11, 2002, to facilitate annual maintenance and repair work.
