US Commission Extends Filing Deadline for Rate-of-Return Access Charge Reform Proceeding

The US Commission has extended the filing deadline for comments and reply comments in the Rate-of-Return Access Charge Reform proceeding by 45 days, following a request from the Multi-Association Group (MAG). The Commission is seeking additional comments on proposals for incentive regulation and changes to the 'all-or-nothing' rule.
