Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Form RI 25-37

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public comment on a revised information collection form, RI 25-37, used to determine eligibility for benefits as a dependent child of a deceased Federal employee, with approximately 250 forms completed annually.
