BPA to Prepare Environmental Impact Study for Mercer Ranch Power Project

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) plans to conduct a joint Environmental Impact Study (EIS) for the proposed 800-megawatt Mercer Ranch Power Project, which would be connected to BPA's transmission system via an electrical interconnection, allowing power delivery to customers in the Pacific Northwest.
