DOE Publishes Preliminary Standby Product List and Testing Guidelines

The Department of Energy is releasing a preliminary list of energy-efficient standby power devices for government agencies to purchase, in line with Executive Order 13221, which aims to reduce standby power consumption to one watt or less.
