EPA Establishes Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions on Tall Fescue

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a regulation setting time-limited tolerances for residues of clethodim and its metabolites on tall fescue forage and hay, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for use on tall fescue, effective until June 30, 2004.
