U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Dutch Hot-Rolled Steel Sold at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that hot-rolled steel flat products imported from the Netherlands were sold in the U.S. at a price lower than their normal value during the review period, and is seeking public comment on the preliminary results.
