Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule to Streamline Loan Participation Regulations

The Farm Credit Administration has issued a final rule to amend its loan participation regulations, allowing Farm Credit System institutions to more effectively use existing authority to participate in loans with non-System lenders, thereby improving risk management and increasing access to credit for agriculture and rural America.
