TTAB Extends Response Time for Trial Proceedings to 60 Days

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) is revising its initial response time for TTAB trial proceedings to 60 days from the institution order, following a re-calculation of time to respond to provisional refusal under the Madrid Protocol. This change does not affect the current TTAB Rules of Procedure.
