NRC to Hold Public Meeting on Revision of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Oversight Program

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will host a public meeting at the Information Age Park Resource Center in Paducah, Kentucky, to discuss its plans to revise and enhance its oversight program for nuclear fuel cycle facilities, which include gaseous diffusion plants, uranium fuel fabrication facilities, and uranium hexafluoride production facilities, and to gather public input on the proposed changes.
