Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Rules for Licensing Support Network

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is updating its rules for the Licensing Support Network (LSN) to ensure that websites participating in the licensing process for high-level radioactive waste disposal at a geologic repository meet specific standards for sharing documentation. The changes will clarify the authority of the LSN Administrator and the timing for participant compliance certifications.
