Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Certificate of Disposition of Materials

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on the collection of information for the Certificate of Disposition of Materials. The NRC is seeking feedback on the proposed collection, which is required for licensees terminating their licenses and involves submitting a form once, with an estimated 400 respondents and 200 hours of annual reporting.
