Entergy Nuclear Fitzpatrick, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Receive Exemption from NRC for James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant

Entergy Nuclear Fitzpatrick, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. have been granted an exemption by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant. The exemption allows the plant to operate under a previously approved license, which was set to expire in 2024.
