Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules to Recover 98% of FY 2001 Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is implementing the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (OBRA-90) by amending its fee schedules to recover approximately $453.3 million of its budget authority in fiscal year 2001.
