STP Nuclear Operating Company, et. al., South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2 Seek Exemption from Nuclear Regulatory Commission

STP Nuclear Operating Company, et. al., the operators of the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2 nuclear power plant, have submitted a request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for an exemption from certain regulations, allowing them to modify their operations without undergoing a full licensing review.
