Duke Energy Corporation Seeks Approval for Transfer of Operating Authority at Oconee Nuclear Station

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking approval from regulatory authorities to transfer operating authority for its Oconee Nuclear Station, which includes Units 1, 2, and 3, and the Oconee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, as part of its renewed facility operating licenses and materials license.
