Reliant Energy Incorporated Seeks Approval for Transfer of Nuclear Facility Licenses
The STP Nuclear Operating Company, which operates the South Texas Project's Units 1 and 2, has issued a notice considering the approval of Reliant Energy Incorporated's application to transfer facility operating licenses and make conforming amendments. The company is also offering an opportunity for a hearing on the matter.
