Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendment to BNFL Fuel Solutions Cask System

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to modify the Technical Specifications for the BNFL Fuel Solutions cask system, allowing the W74 canister to be stored in a transfer cask until the affected storage cask is repaired or replaced, and revising the temperatures and descriptions of non-fissile material permitted to be stored in the canister.
