Standard Steel Welded Wire Mesh From Mexico: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that imports of certain low-carbon steel wire from Mexico, used to manufacture standard steel welded wire mesh, are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders. As a result, imports of these wires from Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. will be suspended on April 2, 2024, while other imports will be suspended on the date of publication of this notice.
