U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Review for Italian Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that Italian producers/exporters of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate sold the subject merchandise at below-market prices during the review period, resulting in the imposition of antidumping duties.
