FTC Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comment on its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget clearance for its Rule Governing Pre-Sale Availability of Written Warranty Terms for an additional three years, with the current clearance set to expire on May 31, 2023.
