GSA Requests OMB Review and Extension of GSA Form 1364 for Lease Space Proposal

The General Services Administration (GSA) has requested the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate and extend the use of GSA Form 1364, Proposal to Lease Space, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to gather feedback on its necessity and practical utility in analyzing leasing proposals and minimizing public burden.
