Federal Acquisition Regulation; Revocation of Executive Order on Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Certain Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the revocation of Executive Order 13204, which was signed by President George W. Bush on February 17, 2001. The order requires the immediate rescission of any rules implementing Executive Order 12933, Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Certain Contracts.
