Federal Acquisition Regulation; Miscellaneous Cost Principles Amendment Proposal

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation by removing the cost principle for transportation costs and revising principles for other business expenses, research and development costs, and the cost of money.
