Federal Acquisition Regulation; Miscellaneous Cost Principles

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to delete the cost principle concerning transportation costs, and to revise the cost principles concerning cost of money, other business expenses, and deferred research and development costs.
