FAR Case 2000-401 Definitions of 'Applied Research' and 'Development' Withdrawn

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council Chairman and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council Chairman have withdrawn a proposed rule from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that aimed to combine and move definitions of 'Applied Research' and 'Development' into the FAR, following no public comments.
