Federal Acquisition Regulation to Address Schedule Contract Disputes and Incidental Items

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation, addressing disputes in schedule contracts and the handling of incidental items, and eliminating the need for notification to GSA when a contractor refuses to honor a government order.
