Echo Offshore LLC Receives Letter of Authorization for Marine Mammal Surveys in Gulf of America

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to Echo Offshore LLC for conducting geophysical surveys in the Gulf of America (formerly Gulf of Mexico) that may incidentally harm marine mammals, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
