Federal Acquisition Regulation; Relocation Costs Amendment

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to allow payments for spouse employment assistance, increased employee income, and FICA taxes related to reimbursed relocation costs, and to increase the ceiling for miscellaneous relocation costs. The rule also includes editorial changes.
