USMCA Secretariat Receives Requests for Panel Review of Softwood Lumber Products from Canada

The USMCA Secretariat has received two requests for panel review of softwood lumber products from Canada, filed by a coalition of Canadian companies and the Canadian government, in response to the final results and rescission of the countervailing duty administrative review in 2023.
