US Patent Office Makes Availability of Ricin Vaccine Patent Application Public
The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has made available a U.S. patent application concerning a ricin vaccine and methods of making and using thereof, allowing for non-exclusive, exclusive, or partially exclusive licensing of the technology.
