GSA Converts CHAMP IFF to Percentage-Based Fee

The General Services Administration (GSA) is converting its Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) Flat Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) from a flat $145 fee to a percentage-based fee, effective immediately, to align with its other programs and automatically adjust for inflation.
