Federal Acquisition Regulation to Require Contractor Notification of Overpayment

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to require contractors to notify the contracting officer if the government overpays them when making an invoice payment or a contract financing payment under both commercial and non-commercial contracts.
