Federal Acquisition Regulation Rule Adopted for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized a rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to include subcontracting goals for veteran-owned small businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, as mandated by the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 and the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 2000.
