Federal Acquisition Regulation; Debarment and Suspension-Order Placement and Option Exercise

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to handle orders placed against contractors who have been barred from government contracts, suspended, or proposed for removal from the list.
